Optimization of Machining Process for Improved Sustainability

چکیده
Optimization procedures can be considered useful for machining applications. Most commonly, the optimization method is applied to search a trade-off between costs and profits, it allows searching optimum cutting parameters maximize tool-life, minimize time of production, etc. The selection optimal conditions which could process sustainability performance fatigue life machined product objective work presented. numerical model developed have integrated results as input algorithm in order drastically reduce number experimental tests needed. In present work, measures carried out using self-written Genetic Algorithm code implemented MATLAB software.
